Dr Liotta is very pleasant, a great doctor and good person. However, Im not pleased with the results. Its not what I asked for and its still crooked. , still bulky. I did the follow up steroid injections for over a year as she required to remove a bump but it still looks the same. I will say however that this was a revision from a previous bad rhinoplasty job done by Dr. Alan Matarasso. After dr Matarasso worked on my nose it was completely crooked and bulbous. Because of dr. Liotta some of that bulbous look was improved and she straightened it a bit so it does look significantly better. There was quite a bit of improvement just not exactly what I had hoped for.

There is no question that Dr. Liotta is the perfect person for the (nose) job! She not only made me so comfortable throughout the pre-op process, but continues to check in on me and my progress to make sure I am healing the way she expected. To say I am happy with my results is the biggest understatement of all time. I didn't know if I wanted to go through with a nose job because of the fear of not looking like myself but that is not the case with Dr. Liotta. I like to look at my new nose as an upgraded version of myself! No one knows I had anything done which is the goal. Instead, people I know just keep telling me how amazing I look and they cannot figure out why! You can see my before and after below!!!!

I travelled from North Carolina to see Dr. Liotta, and I'm so glad I did. I can't speak highly enough of her skill as a surgeon, her impeccable bedside manner, and her equally brilliant office staff and anesthesiology team. My biggest fear in having a cosmetic rhinoplasty was that I would trade function for form. I did NOT want to have a hard time breathing, lose my sense of smell, have nerve damage in my face...there are a million things that can go wrong! Revision rhinoplasties are a big industry for a reason! Dr. Liotta is one of the most skilled rhinoplasty surgeons in the US. After a lot of research, I decided that seeing her would be the best insurance I could get against ending up with a non-functional nose. As you may be able to guess from my five-star review, I made the right decision: not only does my nose look perfect, it somehow--miraculously--seems to breathe slightly better than before. Dr. Liotta is vivacious and down-to-earth. It would be easy for someone in a high-stress job to be rushed or condescending, but Dr. Liotta makes you feel like youre the most important person in the room. Dr. Liotta is very involved in the aftercare process. She gives each patient her personal phone number and tells them to text her with any questions, no matter what the time. (Assuming this meant she would turn her notifications off outside of business hours, I texted her at 2:50AM with a non-urgent question when I had a hard time sleeping the first night. I figured she could answer when she woke up, but she texted me back immediately...oops! She truly is on-call for her patients.) Although I did fine through the procedure itself, I started fainting during the post-op appointment when the stitches were being removed. (I have a physical reaction to stressors called vasovagal syncopeits a nice way of saying Im a delicate flower. Removing the stitches didnt hurt, and I doubt anyone reading this will have problems with fainting like I did.) Anyway, no doctor has ever handled my repeated fainting spells as skillfully as Dr. Liotta did. She even hooked me up to an IV drip with some magical liquid that made the fainting stop early. Dr. Liotta excels at making intelligent, calculated decisions during a crisis. Small things that made the experience especially pleasant: - Beautiful office that manages to be cozy and sleek at the same time (didnt think that was possible). Im exposing myself as a small-town girl here, but I felt a bit glamorous going in to my appointment. I was totally cooing over the live flowers and fancy glass water bottles. - Aftercare goodie bag with several high-quality skincare items. WAY better than the dentists goodie bags with the travel toothbrushes. - Easy payment plan through Alphaeon that carries no interest if you pay everything off in the first year. Im paying for everything myself, so, believe me, I read the fine print carefully. Its legit. - Incredibly competent office staff. Shoutout to Cortney, who answered all my questions and helped me work through some travel logistics. - Appointments that always happen at or before the scheduled time. You heard me, this doctors office runs EARLY. If you're worried about spending the money, don't be: this is the rest of your life! Dr. Liotta is absolutely worth it.

I rarely post reviews but visiting this doctor has proved to be an exceptional experience, each and every time I've seen her. She is stellar and I adore her. She is highly skilled and trained as an ENT surgeon, which I believe gives her a deeper understanding of the workings of the face and neck. She is also very detail oriented,so thoughtful , caring and competent. I was selfishly loathe to give her a 10 star review(out of 5) because I wanted to keep her for myselfultimately deciding that was no way to treat someone I treasure and respect. Dr. Liotta is wonderful and I am hers for life! On rare occasions I know when something or someone is going to become part of my life, and I knew this with Dara Liotta. She is an absolutely lovely person, bright and well spoken and both forthright and honest in her assessments, which I very much appreciate. She is delightful. She answers my questions and adds very pertinent information or alternatives as needed. She is a consummate professional, conscientious, proficient, adept and highly skilled in her work, a master virtuoso, Her manner is polished and flawless but she is very down to earth. She is patient, has always answered any questions I have, making sure I understand what she's telling me, though I may not always like it.. She is charming, fun and funny as well, and I usually leave the office feeling as if I had visited with a great friend. I have seen her enough now to know I much prefer asking her what she thinks I need, rather than telling her. She has a great eye and never overdoes a treatment. All you have to do is look at her and you can see that. She is respectful and responsible She listens and can actually hear what you are saying , with the famous third ear Just as important, I am so impressed with the kind and thoughtful staff. They always remember me and are alway friendly , open and welcoming. You would have to search long and hard to find someone who excels in her field more than she does. . .

Dr. Liotta is amazing. I loved every minute with her. She is knowledgeable and sensitive and very informative. Her bedside manner is incredible and you immediately know you are in good and capable hands. I strongly recommend her! The office is beautiful and quiet. Her staff is super helpful and friendly. I already look forward to my next appointment. It was a delightful experience
